The Agency Recruiter is responsible for leading recruitment functions within the Florida Department of Management Services. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that meet staffing goals. The recruiter will not only post job advertisements but also identify and select top talent for critical positions, serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR liaisons.
Responsibilities
? Create applicant pools by establishing relationships with higher education institutions and professional associations.

? Develop and implement recruitment initiatives for a multi-site organization with diverse hiring needs.

? Engage with active and passive candidates through networking, job fairs, and employee referrals.

? Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment and selection best practices.
