Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring clear and accurate communication. Manage a high volume of chats, ensuring timely responses. Record and track customer interactions in CRM software. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and KPIs.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred. Previous customer service or live chat experience is a plus. Exceptional written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating multiple systems and software. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for remote work.
