What Youll Do
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. In this role, you will:
Audit & Compliance:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans.
Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
Transaction & Reporting:
Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases.
Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations.
Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
Stakeholder Support:
Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.
Continuous Improvement:
Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
What Were Looking For
Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus.
Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.
