Teller and Customer Service Rep Responsibilities: • Process customer transactions • Provide customer service and answer general questions • Cross-sell financial institution's products and services • Provide account services to customers • Balance cash drawer and ATM • Scan teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission

Teller and Customer Service Rep Requirements: • Excellent customer service skills • Strong communication skills • Ability to use and learn computer-based systems • Attention to detail
