Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous customer service experience (remote experience a plus). • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to navigate and multitask on multiple computer applications. • Availability to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. • A quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connection.
