We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Data Entry Specialists to join our remote team. As a data entry specialist for Southwest Airlines, your responsibilities will include inputting, updating, and verifying various types of data to support our operational and customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities: Â Accurately enter data into company systems and databases. Â Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Â Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working efficiently. Â Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with data privacy standards. Â Assist with organizing and updating data as needed to support internal departments.
Requirements: Â High school diploma or equivalent (AssociateÂs degree or higher preferred). Â Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Â Excellent typing skills and proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite). Â Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Â Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Â Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus. Â Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Preferred Qualifications: Â Experience working remotely. Â Familiarity with airline or travel industry operations is a plus.
