Required Skills
• Extensive knowledge of underwriting guidelines and risk assessment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing underwriting teams.

• Proficient in underwriting software and tools, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
