The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative-Bilingual Required. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients while driving sales and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services. Assist clients in understanding policy options and coverage details.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes, process new applications, and assist with policy renewals and modifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. Regularly follow up with clients to assess their insurance needs and offer additional products or services.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring all interactions and transactions are documented in the agency's system.
