Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on driving growth in the healthcare sector. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing new business prospects with hospitals, health systems, and managed service providers across the Northeast region, promoting our customized ERP solutions that deliver substantial value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, pursue, and qualify new business opportunities within the Northeast healthcare market.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline to achieve and surpass revenue objectives.
• Design and implement outbound sales initiatives to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Establish and foster strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and IT stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by comprehensively understanding their needs and presenting tailored ERP solutions.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and final closing.
• Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales processes and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive dynamics in the healthcare sector.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Required Skills
• Strong sense of ownership in leading the sales process and guiding clients through their decision-making journey.
• Effective collaboration with diverse internal teams to ensure client outcomes are prioritized.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing challenges.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities for engaging with varied audiences.
• A self-starter mentality with an eagerness to take initiative and embrace new challenges.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated experience working with C-suite level stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of complex sales cycles, including experience with RFPs and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for client meetings and industry events.
