Job Summary:

Position: Technical Support Advisor for Apple Company

Salary: $20 per hour

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Description:

As a Technical Support Advisor for Apple Company, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers who are experiencing issues with their Apple products. You will troubleshoot issues over the phone, via email, or through chat support. You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.

Responsibilities:

4. Document customer interactions and resolutions

5. Escalate complex issues to higher level support teams

6. Stay up-to-date on Apple products and services

7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company

Educational Qualifications:
