Responsibilities: Â Provide excellent customer support and service to clients in the medical field. Â Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Â Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard procedures.
Requirements:  Previous experience in a medical customer service role.  Availability to work full-time on weekends  Type 40 wpm  Microsoft Office
Equipment Requirements: Â Computer with a minimum of 1 extra monitor. Â Hardwired internet connection. Â Headset. Â Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
