Our current opportunity is for a highly motivated and independent Federal Account Manager in the Southwest region of the United States. Must have 5+ years of construction procurement related experience as well as a high level of analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously. This position requires the candidate to be highly motivated, manage multiple projects, ability to work independently, is results driven, organized, self-motivated and a strong desire to grow with our firm. Job... Order Contracting experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities will include:
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Deliver Job Order Contracting product and support services to Federal entities i.e. Army, Air Force, Space Force
• Describe and execute the detailed work steps required to accomplish a project's objectives.
• Provide support on specific projects including scope development, and price proposal review
• Prepare and maintain scopes, schedules of detailed activities, and budgets to accomplish procurement objectives within a specified time period for clients
• Perform material take-offs from plans/specs as well as create and review detailed construction line-item estimates/proposals.
• Manage construction projects through various phases of the project as the owner's representative.
• Meet time deadlines set forth by the clients and the company.
• Assist in developing unit prices for construction tasks
• Conduct pre-bid conferences for Job Order Contracts
• Train client's project managers and contractors in Job Order Contracting procedures
• Available to travel up to 40%.
• Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account

Qualifications: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communications skills are a must. • Must meet requirements to drive a company vehicle (Valid driver's license and clean driving record).

Preferred:
• Knowledge and experience in commercial Federal construction operations, pricing and contracting is preferred but not required.
