Your Role: Providing Top-notch Customer Support As a live chat assistant, your daily responsibilities will include logging into our live chat portal each morning and promptly addressing customer inquiries. Our live chat software is designed to simplify responses to common questions, and youÂll also have access to a chat supervisor who can assist with more complex queries. Before diving into your role, we offer a short, 1-2 hour training program to ensure youÂre well-prepared. Compensation: Competitive Pay and Flexible Hours We understand the importance of flexibility and offer a competitive rate of $35 per hour.
