As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their travel plans go as smoothly as possible. Key Responsibilities: Â Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. Â Handle inquiries related to reservations, ticketing, flight information, and more.
