Job Description:Texas Instruments is seeking a passionate and driven Live Chat Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat feature on our company website...Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Research and provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all communications with customers
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role
• Strong research skills and ability to quickly find information to answer customer inquiries
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and support
• Driven to exceed customer expectations and deliver a positive customer experience
