Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on websites and social media platforms. Provide information about products and services, issue discount codes, and assist with sales links. Help manage and resolve customer complaints or questions efficiently. Requirements:
Reliable access to a laptop, phone, or tablet.
Stable internet connection.
Basic English writing skills.
Skills/Background:
Entry-level position; full training provided.
No prior experience in live chat or customer support required.
Must be able to work independently and follow instructions closely.
