The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to manage and motivate a team of short term rental professionals. The Short Term Rental Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. • Oversee all aspects of our rental operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain updated inventory for all properties.
• Build strong relationships with guests and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage a team of rental professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
• Conduct warm calling and lead generation to drive new business opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with guests, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our properties and services.
• Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, product knowledge, and timely follow-up.

• Proven experience in a short term rentals or sales management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
