Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient details and confirm proper physician authorization.
• Assess all orders for insurance approval and process accordingly.
• Scan prescriber information into our documentation system.
• Establish patient records for prescriptions.
• Provide necessary phone support, including both inbound and outbound calls.

Qualifications
• A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is a mandatory requirement.
• Attendance consistency is required for the first 90 days of employment.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy data intake or similar role.
• An active Pharmacy Technician License with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy is essential.
