Contractor - Digital & Analytics/Talent Transformation Project Manager - Remote
Position Summary<br><br>Contractor - Remote<br><br>We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our Digital & Analytics team, focusing on Talent transformation initiatives from both a systems and process perspective.<br><br><strong>The Work You’ll Do Under the Deloitte Project Team:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Create project materials</li><li>Support design sessions</li><li>User acceptance testing</li><li>Cutover, training and service rehearsal testing processes as needed</li><li>Coordinate meetings</li><li>Track and update project plans, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID log)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree </li><li>5-7 years of relevant work experience implementing Talent systems and processes from ideation through deployment</li><li>Strong Project Management skills</li><li>Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)</li><li>Strong knowledge of leading-edge project management methodologies and experience supporting the implementation of new Talent systems and processes</li><li>Experience in well-being, compensation, benefits administration, and talent processes.</li><li>Strong written/verbal executive communication and presentation skills; </li><li>Excellent listening, facilitation and influencing skills with audiences of all management and leadership levels</li><li>Collaborative and detail oriented <br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li>SAP SuccessFactors experience</li><li>ServiceNow Experience</li><li>PMP Certification<br><br></li></ul><strong>Candidates interested in applying for this opportunity must be geographically based in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship<br><br></strong><strong>We do not accept agency resumes and are not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.<br><br></strong><strong>Deloitte is not the employer for this role.
