Data Annotator (No Prior Experience Needed)
<p><strong>Work Location</strong>: United States (remote)</p><p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong> Flexible schedule of approx. 20 hours per week</p><p><strong>Engagement Model:</strong> Freelance/Independent contractor</p><p><strong>Language Needed:</strong> English US</p><p><strong>Start Date</strong>: ASAP</p><p><strong>Project Duration:</strong> approx. 3 weeks</p><p><br></p><p>DataForce by TransPerfect is looking for freelance English (US) Annotators to be part of an innovative project related to Artificial Intelligence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ROLE DESCRIPTION</strong></p><p>As an annotator, you will be responsible for listening to short English audio recordings to generate detailed, accurate, and creative descriptions of human speech attributes (such as voice characteristics, delivery style-tone, speed, intonation, pace, pronunciation, apparent gender, age range, or accent, etc.).</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate should have idiomatic fluency in US English, with excellent listening and language skills; great attention to detail; and a strong command of grammar rules.</p><p>Job requirements</p><ul><li>Idiomatic fluency in English (US).</li><li>Excellent writing and spelling/grammar skills in English.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.</li><li>Ability to follow detailed project guidelines.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver error-free work.</li><li>Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.</li><li>Experience in audio annotation, transcription, or creative writing is a must.</li><li>Familiarity with annotation/transcription online tools is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>DataForce by TransPerfect is part of the TransPerfect family of companies, the world’s largest provider of language and technology solutions for global business, with offices in more than 100 cities worldwide.</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>DataForce by TransPerfect offers high-quality data for Human-Machine Interaction to some of the most prestigious technology companies in the world.
