As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role plays a key part in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate assistance with their inquiries and concerns.Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and assistance
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
