They possess a strong understanding of special education service delivery, behavioral intervention, trauma-informed practices, and de-escalation techniques.Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavioral assessments, and providing progress monitoring. The interventionist will also train and support classroom staff in implementing effective strategies, conduct student observations and assessments, and stay informed on best practices through research and professional development.
