Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Coordinator for our Consumer Products Licensing Team to support the development and execution of merchandise programs across Prime Video and MGM Studios’ content portfolio.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
 Support licensing initiatives by participating in partner outreach, pitch meetings, and presentations
 Assist with day-to-day communication both internally and externally
 Follow up on action items from licensee meetings, inbound requests for information and cross-functional inquiries
 Research industry trends, obtain data from internal tools and systems; analyze data to inform decision making across the team
 Compile and maintain licensing documents, licensee lists and related materials
 Track licensing agreements through to signature, assist with royalty invoicing
 Create and manage content release schedules and planning cycles
 Contribute to the development of performance reports, business reviews and creative pitch materials; secure required materials as needed
 Provide assistance with scheduling and meeting planning as needed

Preferred Qualifications:  Experience in an entertainment, consumer products or a related business  Passionate about television and film and knowledgeable about pop culture trends  Product development experience  Retail and e-commerce knowledge  Comfortable analyzing and synthesizing data  This position requires an adaptable professional who excels in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and meeting deadlines.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
