Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate
- Looking for the right motivated associate with a flexible schedule, including Saturdays/Sundays.
- *Previous experience at The UPS Store a HUGE plus!**
Requirements:
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Positive attitude at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable on the computer; typing and computer use very crucial
- Highly motivated, with experience up-selling/cross-selling
- Fast learner; able to pick up tasks quickly after being shown
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
- Maintain displays are in presentable condition at all times
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Retail experience a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Publisher, a plus
- The UPS Store experience a HUGE plus!
