Job Summary:

• Remember that not all guests want or need assistance at all times. Respect their boundaries and allow them to enjoy their experience if they do not require help

• Gaining a thorough understanding of the products and services available across the store, particularly those offered in your department, can provide you with the necessary expertise to resolve guest concerns effectively and improve their shopping experience

• Targeting the Best Possible Service for Each Guest Utilizing Wallet and Other App Features: To provide each customer with the best possible service tailored to their needs, Target has employees who can assist shoppers in utilizing Wallet and other features of the application. This effort ensures that customers can use their app to the fullest, allowing them to get the most out of each shopping experience
• Acquiring knowledge of all the fulfillment services is vital, and it's essential to know how to guide customers in enrolling, initiating, and maximizing the opportunities associated with them
• Endeavor to execute all return procedures and adhere to the instructions displayed on the register quickly. Take responsibility for making necessary adjustments to satisfy the customer while complying with Target's policies and procedures
• De-escalation of negative situations and adherence to Target policies and procedures can help make a guest’s shopping experience more positive
• Provide a smooth and simple service to guests picking up orders or registering for events
• Hang up jackets or other outerwear on available hangers to prevent them from creating distractions or taking up valuable workspace
• Ensure that the store remains fully stocked and that you are on hand to help guests during regular business hours
• Creating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance is not only good for business but is also important for the well-being of employees and the broader community
• Protect yourself and your teammates by recognizing and resolving safety hazards; abide by all safety guidelines and regulations; work safely at all times
• Take responsibility for delivering exceptional guest services through order pick-up and drive-up, while adhering to compliance laws relevant to adult beverages at all times.

• Working a flexible schedule that requires availability on weekends, holidays, and nights, as well as maintaining a consistent attendance record, are both necessary

A position in Global Logistics, Inventory Allocation, and Replenishment centers on the efficient movement of products worldwide. You will be expected to switch effortlessly between sales operations and compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, keeping in mind the necessity of proper inventory positioning for optimal product availability. Strong relationships with vendors will be a significant aspect of the job, and you will be expected to encourage on-time shipment and delivery to stores. Additionally, you will have to evaluate transportation supplier capacities and contracts to ensure maximum speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
