What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:
Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience strongly preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Requirements:
A computer with MS Windows 7, 8.1, or 10.
High-speed internet access.
A reliable cell phone or landline telephone.
Personal Attributes: Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong desire to help others.
Typing & Data Entry: Accurate keyboarding skills and familiarity with Windows-based software.
Work Environment & Requirements:
This role requires regular interaction with customers and the ability to handle multiple communication channels. You should be comfortable with a sedentary work environment that involves continuous keyboarding, sitting, hearing, and talking.
