About the position
The Recruiter position at Penn Medicine is a remote role focused on the recruitment and selection of both clinical and non-clinical roles within the organization. The Recruiter will work independently under the guidance of senior staff, making decisions and using independent judgment to fill open positions efficiently and effectively.
- Responsibilities
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. ,
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. ,
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. ,
- Produce postings to attract the best potential candidates; use strategies likely to increase visibility on the web and social media. ,
- Advise managers and leaders in the selection of internal and external candidates in accordance with internal practices and applicable standards. ,
- Support the workforce planning process. ,
- Assist in planning and execution of special recruiting events. ,
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
- Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED (Required) ,
- Bachelor of Arts or Science required ,
- 3+ years Full Cycle Recruiting experience required ,
- Professional in Human Resources certification preferred (PHR)
