- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver AQP curricula training
- Deliver IOTM curricula training
- Perform duties of a flight attendant through active flying
- Complete AQP Announced and Unannounced Line Check Evaluations
- Complete Service Line Checks
- Serve as onboard Safety and Service flight attendant mentor
- Conduct safety-related training events at flight attendant bases
- Conduct customer service curricula training

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Teaching experience
- United Airlines flight attendant qualification (minimum 1 year active service and in good standing)
- Strong working knowledge of LINK—eFAOM, Inflight Policies and Procedures Manual (IPPM), Content Locker, etc.
- Excellent Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Commitment to Working Together Guidelines and treating each other with dignity and respect
- Ability to complete instructor qualification training and ongoing qualification maintenance requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Management experience
- AQP qualified instructor/evaluator
- Working knowledge of CFR Part 121 regulations, Advanced Qualification Programs, the Aircraft Operators Standard Security Program and United flight attendant responsibilities and procedures
- Experience with public speaking to small and large groups
