Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative/Help Desk Support/Collections Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to arrange payments for overdue accounts while providing empathetic and professional communication. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to discuss overdue accounts and arrange payment plans

• Provide exceptional customer service and support

• Assist customers with inquiries and technical issues related to our products and services

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center, help desk support, or collections role

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• High school diploma or equivalent
