Training HoursMonday thru Friday: 9am - 6:00pm CST

Hours of Operation (following training): Monday thru Friday: 9am - 5:30pm CST

Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will:
• Responsible for responding to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues through various types of correspondence.Â
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation and updates in all required systems for each work event.Â
• Dependent upon position, identify root cause of issues and concerns, determine resolution, and refer to company Management.Â
• Dependent upon position, maintain and organize all pertinent back up information to substantiate payment postings as necessary.Â
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.Â
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Â
• Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Â
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.Â
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.Â
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.Â

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience desired. • Previous call center/customer service experience required. • Exhibit strong attention to detail. • Good mathematical and analytical skills required. • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Ability to work in a team fostered environment. • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment. • Ability to prioritize and organize work.Â

For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload

Camera requirements

– Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)
