Key Responsibilities: Efficiently operate dishwashing equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots. Ensure the dishwashing area remains organized and adheres to health and safety standards. Help in maintaining an ample supply of pristine plates, bowls, and cooking equipment in the kitchen to meet the demands of the busy restaurant. Ensure the correct disposal of trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste to promote cleanliness and tidiness in your workspace. Interact closely with both kitchen and service personnel to guarantee a seamless workflow and punctual guest assistance. Help out with additional cleaning responsibilities including wiping counters and sweeping and mopping floors as required.
