Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Nordstrom. In this role, you will help create a positive customer experience and ensure smooth operations of our retail store. Our ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must possess a friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities: Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products. Assist customers with finding items, checking availability, and processing payments. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Effectively present product information and features to customers. Maintain product displays and ensure that all items are properly stocked and labeled. Process returns and exchanges, and provide appropriate discounts. Monitor store activity and report any suspicious behavior to management. Follow company policies and procedures for store operations. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and secure at all times. Train new and existing employees in customer service and store operations.
