Position Summary:
The Costing Coordinator is responsible for entering and maintaining costing and allowance information for use in purchase order generation and internal work documents. This individual will communicate suppliers on pricing and promotional information, working along-side with the Purchasing Department. The position reports to the Costing Supervisor.
Position Responsibilities: ? Enter and maintain prices for multiple locations ? Maintain allowances to retailers ? Communicate with vendors relating to pricing and allowances ? Review Purchase Order cost discrepancies ? Review, analyze and address SAP cost match discrepancies ? Ensure the data integrity of the costing database by reviewing input and output information for accuracy ? Investigate and correct problems causing incorrect input or output by reviewing edit reports, input documents, system screens, and by developing query reports ? Assist in ongoing Accounts Payable (AP) Workflow match issues, working with Buyers and suppliers for a resolution
The ideal candidate should possess:
? Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
? Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze multiple forms of data
? Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs

Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required
2 years of data analysis or related experience is required.
Familiarity and working knowledge of AS400 and SAP a plus
Preferred Qualifications Associates or Bachelors Degree is a plus!
Wholesale or retail procurement experience is preferred.
