Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in a multifaceted role encompassing Human Resources, Executive Administration, and Accounts Receivable functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing diverse tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:
? Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
? Manage employee records, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in HR-related inquiries.
? Facilitate employee training programs and support performance evaluation processes.
? Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. ?
? Provide support and guidance to staff members.
? Design and implement employee retention strategies.
? Manage all payroll and unemployment state accounts.

Executive Administration:
? Manage and maintain all state licensing and insurance requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws
? Prepare, review, and coordinate legal agreements, contracts, and other official documents
? Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Leadership, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements
? Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, professionally handling inquiries and requests
? Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by Executive Leadership.

Accounting:
? Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis
? Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
? Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
? Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
? Sending and collecting invoices
? Other duties as assigned from our Accountant, CFO or executive leadership.
? Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. ? Proven experience in HR functions, executive administrative support, and accounts receivable. ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. ? In-depth knowledge of state licensing requirements and legal agreement procedures ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS and accounting software. Experience in BambooHR will be preferred. ? Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
