The Account Manager for Amazon and other e-retail platforms (such as TikTok, Walmart, eBay, etc.) is responsible for managing and growing the company's presence on these platforms. This role focuses on optimizing product listings, driving sales, leveraging media, merchandising, and influencer strategies to increase visibility, and analyzing performance to ensure growth. The Account Manager will also develop strong relationships with key e-retail partners and influencers, ensuring successful execution of campaigns and product launches. This position reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

Retail Expansion Strategy
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive retail expansion strategy to scale the Blueprint by Bryan Johnson brand.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential retail opportunities, including premium retailers, specialty retail, and e-commerce platforms.
• Use market insights and data to assess the retail landscape, informing strategies for new and existing markets.

Retailer Partnerships and Relationship Management
• Build and manage strong relationships with key retail partners to drive distribution and maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiate and secure favorable terms with new and existing retail partners, ensuring mutual growth and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with retail partners to create co-branded initiatives, in-store experiences, and merchandising strategies to enhance consumer engagement.

Retail Operations and Execution
• Oversee the flawless execution of retail activations, including product launches, category expansions, and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and supply chain) to ensure that retail operations align with broader business objectives.
• Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and promotional execution across all retail channels to ensure operational excellence.

Performance Tracking and Optimization
• Monitor and analyze retail performance metrics such as sell-through rates, revenue growth, and ROI on retail campaigns and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, recommending strategies to enhance retail performance and streamline processes.
• Provide regular reports on performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to the Chief Growth Officer and senior leadership

Innovation and Trend Monitoring
• Stay on top of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to spot emerging retail opportunities.
• Champion the adoption of new retail formats, omni-channel strategies, and experiential retail to enhance the Blueprint brand’s presence and consumer reach.

Skills & Qualifications: • Extensive experience in retail strategy, business development, and expansion within consumer goods, health, or lifestyle brands. • Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, category management, and retail partnerships. • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder communication skills. • Ability to analyze retail data and leverage insights to drive growth and optimize retail performance. • Creative and strategic thinker with expertise in omni-channel retail and emerging trends. • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Benefits

Salary Range: $90-140k
