As a remote entry-level healthcare recruiter, you'll play an integral role in helping us build and maintain relationships with both healthcare candidates and employers.

<li>Partner with healthcare providers to understand their staffing needs and recruitment goals.</li>
<li>Source and identify qualified candidates for various healthcare roles through job boards, networking, and direct outreach.</li>
<li>Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a perfect match for client needs.</li>
<li>Maintain and update candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li>
<li>Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and employers.</li>
<li>Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to help meet their recruitment goals.</li>
