Customer Data Entry Administrator (Remote)

Pay: $45hr ( Weekly pay + medical benefits)

6 month contract ( Excellent potential for extension/permanent based on performance)

Full-time: M-F

This role will provide support for the company Campus Program. The Education team empowers future developers by providing industry-leading tools for building and collaborating. We foster sustainable open-source ecosystems, train leaders to build inclusive communities, and strive to make education accessible to allstudents, teachers, schools, independent learners, and researchers. We are seeking anCustomer Data Entry Administratorwith strong problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service, and keen attention to detail in data entry of applications and process management.

Responsibilities
• Review and verify eligibility for inbound applications.
• Process and manage Campus Program account renewals, including generating and reviewing monthly Salesforce reports
• Provide support and respond to inquiries from internal teams and Education customers.
• Communicate directly with teachers, students, and school administrators via support tickets and email.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer information within database systems, identifying actionable insights.
• Respond to support requests via ticketing queue.
• Handle vendor and supplier documentation requests from users.

Requirements
• 3-10 years experience in Database support, data entry supporting customers
• Experience in verifying customer information and data entry of information
• Must have experience of processing applications, orders, or similar information in CRM system.
• Experience reviewing and verifying customer information via email and ticketing system
• Requires working in a fast-paced role; able to handle 30 tickets a day and checking request in your inbox, organizing the tickets and responding with sense of urgency( 1-2 hours a day spent on this task)
• Must have experience with Salesforce
• Experience with GSuite ( Docs, Sheets)
• Experience with Ticketing system Zendesk or similar ticketing
• Experience using Slack or other chats; able to articulate well in chats and stay on top of the communication with depts/teams.
• Experience creating reports and managing data in Salesforce.
• Must have worked in a role that required excellent customer service skills, passion for delivering a great customer experience, empathic and professional writing skills with your approach via email communication with customers
• Must have excellent experience in data entry work and entering customer information with accuracy.
• Experience or some knowledge to order Swag items able to pick out the items and send to appropriate location/person.
• Experience to work remotely while engaging with teams across the company
• Process improvement mindset : Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
• Must enjoy working in a role that had some repetitive tasks, receiving items all day and more of a heads down type of work.
• Bonus: Experience processing customer applications and verifying eligibility of the applications
• Bonus: Experience with the platform GitHub
• Have curiosity and problem-solving mindset: Ask "why" to seek understanding and conduct research to find solutions.
• Must be naturally curious, upbeat, positive and empathetic
• Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed in a remote role and resourceful
