Your Role
Ticketing & Booking Support
Assist clients with booking flights, cruises, train tickets, and other travel arrangements
Verify availability, pricing, and travel regulations before confirming reservations
Ensure bookings align with client preferences, schedules, and budgets
Manage modifications, cancellations, and rebookings as needed
Client Assistance
Communicate via phone, email, and chat to understand travel needs
Provide personalized recommendations on routes, airlines, and seating options
Address inquiries, resolve booking issues, and handle special requests professionally
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions
Process payments and send confirmations promptly
Stay informed on airline policies, travel restrictions, and industry trends
