Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and prepare books for trial balance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, facilitating timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and submit necessary tax forms.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Conduct regular checks to verify the precision of financial entries.

Required Skills
• Demonstrated bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of financial principles.
• Exceptional data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software (such as FreshBooks, Kashoo, or KashFlow) alongside advanced skills in MS Office and spreadsheets.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles, with a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with a focus on customer service.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in bookkeeping is essential.
• A degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred, along with ongoing education in bookkeeping or accounting.
