As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality support to American Express card members by assisting with inquiries, transactions, and account-related issuesall from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional manner. Assist card members with billing inquiries, payment processing, account updates, and transaction disputes. Provide accurate information about products, services, and rewards programs. Offer solutions to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Adhere to compliance and security guidelines to protect customer information. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications: No prior experience requiredwe provide full training! Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
