Rapidly growing start-up. We are seeking multiple Customer Success Associates to join our dynamic team! Our organization partners with prestigious brands and celebrities, contributes millions to charitable causes and creates life changing opportunities for participants (e.g. winners get to open for an A-list music artist, work with celeb chefs, get featured in magazines, etc.). In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing client experiences, providing exceptional support, and advancing our mission.
We are on the lookout for motivated individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, have a great attention to detail and want to be a part of building something incredible.
Responsibilities include: reviewing client applications, handling and documenting customer feedback or issues, and creating a go-forward playbook for the best way to handle issues from a technical and business perspective. You will have exposure to the senior team who has a long track record of success and rewards hard work, creativity and passion.
