Key Responsibilities: • Close High-Ticket Sales: You will engage with prospective clients who have shown interest in our programs and turn them into clients through skilled, consultative selling. • Consultative Approach: Understand the unique needs of each lead, align our coaching solutions with their goals, and help them see the value in investing in their personal growth. • Follow-Up & Persistence: Stay on top of prospects, maintain ongoing communication, and follow through until the deal is closed. • Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: This isn’t a role for anyone who’s satisfied with just “getting by.” You’ll be expected to hit or exceed ambitious monthly sales targets.

• Proven Closer: You’ve got a strong track record of closing high-ticket offers, ideally in the coaching, consulting, or personal development space.

Pay: 100% Commission-Based (High earning potential)

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-ticket sales closing • Strong communication, persuasion, and consultative sales skills • A proven track record in commission-based roles • Reliable internet and a home office setup • Ability to work U.S. hours and stay motivated remotely
