Responsibilities
Lead paid social strategy for key segments within Parks and Resorts
,
Improve dynamic strategies within social platforms
,
Support team in influencing organization to adhere to social best practices
,
Lead conversations to drive innovation across analytics and testing
,
Owner of key social media activation platform tools including future partnership additions
,
Work with teams to identify and design tools to improve efficiency
,
Partner across teams, organizations, and companies to improve overall technical setup and inter-departmental workflow
Requirements
7+ years digital marketing experience
,
Ability to guide direct reports to technical and personal growth
,
Extensive experience with social media platforms and related tools
,
Understanding of holistic business trends and their impacts in the digital and social space
,
Strong grasp on how to develop holistic paid social strategies
,
Comfort with high level of autonomy
,
Familiarity with work management platforms such as Workfront, Smart Sheets, etc.
