As a Remote Scheduling Assistant - Entry Level at EcoWay Voyagers, you'll be an essential part of our team, responsible for coordinating and managing travel itineraries for our clients. Working remotely, you'll utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth and efficient scheduling of flights, accommodations, and activities, while prioritizing sustainability and eco-friendly options. Your responsibilities will include:
• Itinerary Coordination: Collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences, dates, and destinations, and designing customized travel itineraries that meet their needs
• Supplier Communication: Liaising with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to confirm bookings, verify availability, and secure reservations for our clients
• Scheduling Optimization: Strategically scheduling flights, transfers, and activities to maximize time efficiency, minimize environmental impact, and enhance the overall travel experience
• Budget Management: Monitoring travel budgets, comparing prices, and seeking cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards and sustainability criteria
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and organized records of travel itineraries, bookings, payments, and client preferences using our internal systems and software
• Client Support: Providing ongoing support to clients throughout their travel experience, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations for a seamless journey
• Flexibility: Being adaptable and responsive to last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies, and providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions to clients' travel plans
