Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • Previous customer service experience is a plus. • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. • Proficient in computer usage and navigating multiple systems. • Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work.
