The Position:
Provide a high level of customer support to clients
Check in with and distribute contracts with carriers
Coordinate and attend open enrollment meetings
Maintaining and keeping up-to-date with knowledge of legislative updates and industry information, and update clients on industry insurance
Assist clients with Online HRIS and Benefits Administration systems: ADP, BeneTrac, bSwift, Ease, Employee Navigator, etc.
What We Need From You:
Experience - You have 2+ years of experience working on Employee Benefits accounts in a brokerage setting
Software - You are proficient with EPIC
Certified - Active CA Life & Health/Accident License
Groups - you have experience with mid-sized group accounts
Bilingual in Spanish is required
