Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their personal insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Assist in managing existing client insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.

Regularly update and maintain client records in compliance with company policies.

Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell opportunities and customer needs.

Requirements
Active Property & Casualty License is required.

Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry, preferably in a similar role.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
