Our ideal candidate has exceptional data entry skills, including fast typing, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Working closely with a Data Manager and the data team, you will be expected to uphold data integrity and security policies.

Key Responsibilities: • Enter customer and account data from source documents within set deadlines. • Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and ensure outputs are accurate. • Research and gather additional information for incomplete or unclear documents. • Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents as required. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security protocols. • Respond to queries regarding data and provide access to relevant files when necessary. • Ensure proper maintenance and operation of office equipment, addressing malfunctions as needed.

Qualifications: • Proven experience in a data entry role, such as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entry programs. • Strong familiarity with administrative tasks and processes. • Ability to use office equipment, including fax machines and scanners. • Fast and accurate typing skills. • Excellent command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality. • A high school diploma or equivalent (additional computer training or certification is a plus).
