Responsibilities
Assist clients and candidates through digital channels
Provide support in managing online inquiries and requests
Help maintain and update the digital service resources
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes
Monitor and report on digital service metrics
Contribute to the development of FAQs and support documentation
Requirements
