Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general queries. Assist customers in navigating Deltas website and mobile app. Resolve issues related to ticketing, baggage, refunds, and loyalty program accounts. Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and update records in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
